Plan Review Submission

Use the following form to submit fire protection projects for plan review by Engineered Fire Systems.  

If your fire protection plans require revisions, we will provide a revision letter and, if applicable, red-lined plans. After the revisions have been made, the revised set of plans can be resubmitted for review through this form.  

Our standard fire protection plan review turnaround time is two weeks for an initial submittal and one week for a repeat submittal. An expedited plan review can be provided in which the plan review is completed within two business days. Expedited plan reviews are 1.5x the fee of a standard plan review.

    Submission Instructions

    Use the upload button to submit fire alarm drawings and a material submittal. The documents must include scope of work, device list, sequence of operations, applicable codes, fire alarm floor plans, a single line riser diagram, voltage drop calculations, battery calculations, device data sheets, and CSFM listing sheets.

    Use the upload button to submit fire sprinkler drawings, calculations, and a material submittal. The documents must include scope of work, water supply information, a design basis, hydraulic calculations proving the design basis, seismic calculations (as applicable), fire sprinkler piping plans, and product data sheets.

    Use the upload button for the material submittal. The documents must include the necessary documentation to carry out the task.
